This policy applies to all purchases made through https://www.flyronix.ch and directly from StratosOne KLG, Sonnhalde 1091, 9042 Speicher, Switzerland.

1. Scope of Products and Services

StratosOne KLG offers:

  • Drone parts, tools, and complete drone bundles
  • Custom-built drones and components
  • Aerial film, video, and photo production services for private and commercial clients

All prices are binding and accepted at the time of purchase. For media production at events or on-site projects, a formal offer is provided in advance. Acceptance of the offer constitutes a binding agreement.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns of physical products (excluding services) under the following conditions:

  • Return period: 14 calendar days from the date of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in re-sellable condition
  • Exclusions: No refunds or credit will be issued for:
    • Products returned in damaged or incomplete condition
    • Returns made after the 14-day window
    • Any service-based product (e.g., video shoots, editing, drone configuration)
    • Products that were custom-built or modified upon customer request

3. Refunds

Upon approval of the returned item:

  • A full or partial refund will be issued via the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • If the return does not meet the above conditions, no credit or refund will be granted

4. Shipping and Transfer of Ownership

Once a product is handed over to the Swiss postal service or another delivery provider, it is no longer under the responsibility of StratosOne KLG. Ownership and risk transfer to the customer at this point.

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Damage during transit (we recommend insured shipping)

5. Warranty and Liability

Warranty Coverage

  • We provide a 2-year warranty on products we:
    • Build for customers
    • Sell as part of complete bundles (e.g., ready-to-fly drones)

Warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes:

  • Wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper use or unauthorized modifications

Limitations of Liability

Due to the complexity and variability involved in custom drone builds, we cannot accept liability for:

  • Malfunctions arising from customer-assembled parts
  • Crashes, damage, or operational failures during or after flight
  • Misuse or failure to follow proper handling procedures

We strongly advise professional setup and testing.

6. Services (Film, Video, Photography)

Services like aerial photography, drone videography, or event filming are non-refundable once delivered. Offers are provided in advance and are binding upon acceptance.

Any dissatisfaction should be reported immediately upon delivery. We may offer goodwill adjustments at our discretion, but refunds for services are not guaranteed.

7. Legal Compliance

If any returned item violates legal restrictions (e.g., contains illegal content, is hazardous, or was shipped unlawfully), we reserve the right to:

  • Refuse acceptance
  • Dispose of the item
  • Deny any refund or store credit
